invalid entry CRC (expected 0x48.. but got 0x4f...) Installatation of oracle 11.2 RAC

Encountered an error "invalid entry CRC (expected 0x48.. but got 0x4f...)" for Several times during the installation of oracle 11.2 RAC
After searching on google found that it is an issue with the copy of software and downloaded the fresh copy of software from the oracle site several times but got same error.
Was trying to install oracle 11.2 on oel5.5 using virtual box.

Finally Got it resolved by installing the same copy of software on oel5 instead of oel5.5,  Still working around to find the cause.
